Overview

Principal Solution Architect (Forward Deployed Solution Architect) will bridge the Arcesium platform and clients’ business requirements, helping deliver value quickly on sophisticated data problems in investment management.

What you'll do

• Guide top customer stakeholders (CTO, CDO) on accelerating customer data strategy through Arcesium.
• Decompose complex client problems into well-structured, scalable solutions using Arcesium data architecture and platform knowledge.
• Present solutions to customers via verbal communication and written proposals/materials.
• Run discovery sessions to understand business requirements and reporting workflows.
• Define PoC project scope and success criteria with prospective clients.
• Lead Proof of Concepts and implementations, manage risks/mitigations, and lead governance meetings.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal groups for successful project delivery.

What you'll need

• 8 to 12 years of experience in client-facing roles requiring consultative and solutioning skills.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional medium & large-scale initiatives across business and technology domains.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience building internal and external relationships.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to articulate complex solutions in writing and verbally.
• Familiarity with cutting edge cloud solutions and data analysis techniques.
• Skills across technology and the financial domain.
