Overview
Solution Architect - Onboarding supports enterprise customers early in their journey to ensure production-ready architectural foundations and successful infrastructure milestones.
What you'll do
- Bridge the gap from signed contracts to production-ready ecosystems.
- Lead onboarding technical advisory across cloud provisioning, security hardening, networking, data modelling, and application integration.
- Shape tailored onboarding blueprints and orchestrate complex delivery workstreams.
- Optimize managed AuraDB cloud onboarding using automation for data modelling, connectivity, and application health.
- Apply Infrastructure-as-Code and platform engineering practices for secure, resilient graph clusters in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Implement system hardening and least-privileged access via SSO and RBAC configurations.
What you'll need
- 7+ years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on production workload experience in at least one major cloud provider ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Deep networking infrastructure proficiency including VPC/VNet architectures, routing protocols, peering, and PrivateLink/Private Endpoints.
- Hands-on SQL or NoSQL database proficiency (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with ETL/CDC platforms and data ingestion.
- Track record implementing Enterprise IAM including SSO (OIDC/SAML) and RBAC design.
- Experience with Linux administration, containerisation, and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, or managed container environments).
- Hands-on experience with graph databases (ideally Neo4j).
- Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana/Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk).
- Exposure to cloud compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) and data residency deployment patterns.
