Overview

Solutions Architect - Presales will lead AI-focused pre-sales engagements for NetApp, architecting AI-ready solutions across storage, data management, and cloud/GPU infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Consult with customers on AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, and data lake requirements.
• Design AI-ready architectures using NetApp storage, cloud services, and GPU infrastructure.
• Run discovery workshops, solution presentations, and customer technical sessions.
• Create HLDs/LLDs, BoMs, sizing, and technical proposals.
• Conduct PoCs, benchmarks, and technology demonstrations.
• Architect solutions including GPU infrastructure, RAG/vector databases, hybrid/multi-cloud, and data pipelines.

What you'll need

• 12+ years in Enterprise Infrastructure Pre-Sales.
• 5+ years in AI/ML, data analytics, cloud, or HPC solutions.
• Expertise in AI infrastructure, GPU-based architectures, and enterprise data management.
• Experience with Kubernetes/MLOps and automation tools like Terraform/Ansible/Docker.
• Knowledge of enterprise storage (NetApp ONTAP, AFF, StorageGRID) and data lakes/warehouses.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS AI/ML services and/or Google Cloud AI Platform.
