About the Job

We are seeking passionate individuals who can speak Spanish fluently to join our international call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking customers with their queries and providing excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from Spanish-speaking customers and provide prompt and efficient assistance
• Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills
• English proficiency for basic communication
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
• Flexible to work in international/night shifts as per business requirements
