Overview
Specialist role in Employee Communications supporting internal communications for global factory-based drivers and the Global Operations organization.
What you'll do
- Drive DL and Regional Internal Communication Strategy.
- Create and translate corporate-level content for DL (e.g., toolkits, articles, digital signage, newsletters, talking points).
- Support Global Operations leaders with team communications and programs (e.g., all-hands decks, recognition programs, learning & development forums).
- Manage regional communications channels and tools in collaboration with teams across the company.
- Provide translations for internal communications in Thai and, upon request, live translations for in-person sensitive meetings in Thailand.
- Provide Global Ops support for the Executive Communications Lead.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of internal communications experience.
- Prefer experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with terminology related to electronics, mechanical engineering, or data storage technologies.
- Strong understanding of Thai cultural and business norms.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Experience working in a multinational manufacturing company.
