Overview

Specialist in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within the Finance & Accounting function, focused on analysing financial and business performance and driving process improvement.

What you'll do

• Analyze key financial and business performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps impacting business performance.
• Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and controls.
• Support departments with performance management best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Certifications listed in the posting: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (CFI).
• Required skills: Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Business Financial Planning, Data Reporting, Demand Forecasting, Financial Management, Financial Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), General Ledger Reconciliations, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Record To Report (R2R), SAP, Statutory Reporting.
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level, required.
