Overview

Sr AI Enablement Engineer to build internal AI solutions and enable teams across The Trade Desk.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy agentic systems integrating LLMs with enterprise data, tools, and workflows.
• Contribute to RAG applications using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and secure enterprise connectors.
• Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, and similar platforms.
• Build and iterate on conversational agents to solve stakeholder needs and deliver measurable value.
• Deliver features by collaborating across teams, leading through ambiguity, and aligning solutions to business goals.
• Drive quality via automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation of success.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to innovation and continuous learning.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or relevant engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2+ years on AI-powered systems or products.
• Knowledge of Python and comfort with languages such as C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Experience with AI enablement, including helping teams adopt Copilot, Claude, and Copilot Studio.
• Skills in data ingestion and transformation using APIs, ETL pipelines, and connectors.
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval strategies.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Details

• Base salary range: $103,200 — $189,200 USD.
