Overview

Sr. Analyst 1 - Software Engineering will contribute to complex software development through coding, testing, debugging, reviews, and production issue troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Write, test, and debug code for complex and critical components.
• Collaborate on design and code reviews to meet project requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support.
• Research and propose solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Define software requirements and specifications.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
• Assess and help adopt new technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members with guidance and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role (as stated).
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration/communication abilities.
• Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
