Sr Analyst I Business Process Transactions

Overview

Sr Analyst I Business Process Transactions supports accounts payable and India tax compliance, including GST/TDS activities, filings, audits, and reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Apply in-depth India tax law knowledge (GST and TDS) to accounts payable processes.
• Prepare and file TDS returns on a quarterly basis with accurate deductions and payments.
• Support audit statements and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Process vendor invoices and payments and maintain accurate accounts payable ledger records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Manage accrual entries, reconciliation, and accounts payable input for financial statement preparation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6-10 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Hands-on experience preparing business income tax returns and audit statements.
• Strong TDS return filing and GST return compliance experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Familiarity with tax filing software and online tax portals (e.g., GSTN, Income Tax Portal).
