Sr Analyst III Software Engineering

Overview

Provide Level 2 application support for Finacle 10.x Core Banking System applications, ensuring incident resolution, system stability, and SLA adherence in a 24×7 production environment.

What you'll do

• Resolve application incidents, service requests, and problem-management issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support application configuration, parameter setup, and minor customization.
• Monitor application performance and system stability.
• Support EOD/BOD activities and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with OEM and vendor teams on fixes, patches, and technical resolutions.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain support documentation.

What you'll need

• More than 3 years of L2 application-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Finacle 10.x and CBS applications.
• Knowledge of Core Banking functional modules and banking operations.
• Knowledge of CASA, loans, deposits, RTGS, NEFT, GBM, Trade Finance, UPI, IMPS, and EOD/BOD processes.
• Ability to analyse application logs, errors, and functional issues.
• Diploma, engineering graduate, science graduate, MCA, BCA, or any graduate qualification.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
