Senior Software Engineer- AI Sec

Overview

Senior Backend Software Engineer responsible for building scalable, secure backend systems and AI security capabilities using Go.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize fault-tolerant backend systems processing real-time events at scale.
• Build security capabilities for data flowing into and out of LLMs, GenAI applications, AI tools, and agents.
• Contribute to the architecture of the AI Security platform.
• Analyze, profile, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems.
• Build and ship production backend services using Go.
• Build API integrations and connectors for enterprise SaaS and AI platforms.
• Develop hardened software that processes sensitive or untrusted data securely.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and production backend services.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems, microservices, and Kubernetes applications in production.
• Experience working with databases at significant scale.
• Experience profiling, troubleshooting, and optimizing distributed applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and handle ambiguous technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP BigTable, BigQuery, or Spanner.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS API integrations or connectors.
• Experience with AI or LLM platforms.
