Overview
Lead the technical design, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Genpact's global BlackLine platform within an agile product team.
What you'll do
- Lead technical build, design, configuration, and management of the global BlackLine platform.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and executable tasks.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and platform governance.
- Oversee requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment across the SDLC.
- Partner with product managers, business analysts, finance stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Monitor performance and lead platform optimization and innovation initiatives.
What you'll need
- Deep expertise configuring and managing global BlackLine environments.
- Experience with BlackLine Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, and Journals modules.
- Experience working in agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle in a product-centric environment.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, particularly Record to Report.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a listed computer or software engineering discipline.
