Sr Associate Data Management

Overview

The Sr Associate, Commercial Data Management will drive data operations for a Therapeutic Area (multiple brands) and execute enhancements on the Data Platform for those brands.

What you'll do

• Drive execution of enhancements for the assigned brands/therapeutic area on the data platform.
• Serve as the liaison for brand stakeholders across the US Commercial Organization.
• Act as SME for brand-specific data sets and manage requests from stakeholders.
• Triage requests into incidents vs enhancements and route them to appropriate teams.
• Partner with Product Teams to execute features across SDLC using Agile/Safe.
• Ensure governance adherence across request intake, testing, documentation, metadata, and release management.
• Manage platform operations including dataset refresh per SLA and platform access/costs/data quality.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of relevant data management experience.
• Experience working in global teams across time zones and cultures.
• Experience delivering in Product teams following established processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including excellent English oral and written communication.
• Prior experience supporting Data Platforms Operations in Agile product teams.
• Experience in data architecture/data flow design and data profiling.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS and Databricks, including ability to dig into code for root-cause analysis and remediation planning.
