Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R 5B

Overview

Sr. Associate in the Finance and Accounting (F&A) Record to Report (R2R) team, responsible for all activities in the General Accounting domain.

What you'll do

• Review the team's day-to-day activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other requests
• Perform month-end close activities
• Handle fixed assets capitalization and maintenance
• Handle intercompany accounting
• Perform bank and investment reconciliations
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Perform fixed assets reconciliations (FA clearing and SL-GL)
• Identify balancing items and drive their clearance
• Perform escheat reconciliations
• Support corporate reporting
• Support internal and external audits
• Support SOX compliance
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance
• Required skills: account maintenance, banking capital markets, client relations, collaboration tools, reconciliations, Record to Report (R2R), regulatory compliance management
• English language proficiency, proficient (C2) (required)

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
