Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R 5B

Overview

Sr. Associate in the Finance & Accounting R2R (Record to Report) team, responsible for General Accounting activities.

What you'll do

• Review the team's day-to-day activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
• Carry out month-end close activities.
• Manage fixed asset capitalization and maintenance.
• Perform intercompany accounting.
• Perform bank and investment reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations.
• Perform fixed asset reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL).
• Identify balancing items and drive their clearance.
• Perform escheat reconciliations.
• Support corporate reporting.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Support SOX compliance.
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• English language proficiency (required).
• Skills: account maintenance, banking capital markets, client relations, collaboration tools, reconciliations, Record to Report (R2R), regulatory compliance management.

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
