Sr Associate – Gen AI, Emerging Businesses, Advisory

Overview

Sr Associate GenAI developer in Emerging Business Advisory, focused on building and deploying enterprise Generative AI applications for clients.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Optimize RAG pipelines and advanced search architectures to ground LLMs on proprietary enterprise data.
• Build multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows for automating complex business processes.
• Integrate commercial and foundational models via enterprise cloud environments like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Implement responsible AI guardrails (safety, moderation, privacy) and set up monitoring and evaluation in production.
• Rapidly prototype Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate GenAI capabilities to clients and internal leaders.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience (years of experience required).
• 3–6 years of experience in software development with strong computer science fundamentals.
• Deep proficiency in Python and its standard libraries.
• Experience building robust and secure RESTful/GraphQL APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform’s AI ecosystem (e.g., GCP, Azure, or AWS).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Extensive experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
