Sr. Associate I, Software Engineering

Overview

Sr. Associate I digital adoption specialist role focused on driving adoption and user enablement for Alcon’s Surgical Digital Health solutions using WalkMe.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain WalkMe solutions including Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and onboarding flows.
• Configure targeting, segmentation, and personalization for adoption experiences.
• Develop role-based learning journeys and training content for users.
• Use instructional design to simplify complex workflows into in-app guidance.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and completion metrics and report training effectiveness.
• Partner with Product, IT, Engineering, and business teams to gather requirements and translate user needs into adoption solutions.
• Drive change management for product launches and enhancements and reduce reliance on traditional training.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–7+ years in Digital Adoption, Training/L&D, or Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with WalkMe (or similar DAP platforms such as Whatfix or Pendo).
• Experience configuring WalkMe on applications.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Strong instructional design and stakeholder management skills.
