Overview

Sr. Consultant role within Genpact's Enterprise Application - Oracle practice, focused on designing, implementing and maintaining Oracle databases.

What you'll do

• Design, implement and maintain Oracle databases.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize query performance.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams on database-related projects.
• Recommend and implement security measures to protect database systems.
• Develop backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand database requirements and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on Oracle database trends, technologies, and best practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Required skills include Agile Methodology, Automated Testing, Client Advisory, Client Relations, Design Thinking, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing, and Master Data Management (MDM), among others listed in the posting.
• Language: English, proficient (C2) (required).
