Sr. Designer - Creative Design 4B

Overview

Senior designer role in Genpact's Creative Design team, creating high-quality digital and print creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and mentoring junior designers.

What you'll do

• Create and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital and print, including websites, marketing collateral, social media, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into engaging design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and present design ideas and visual storytelling approaches to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to elevate creative quality and consistency.
• Stay updated on creative design trends, tools, and techniques, applying them to enhance project impact.
• Oversee the production and implementation of designs across multiple platforms and mediums to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining creative excellence.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or Visual Communication.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - Adobe certification.
• Required skills: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Customer Experience (CX), Design Thinking, Inclusive Design, UI Design Development, User Experience (UX), User Interfaces (UI), Web Development.
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate - B2 (required).
