Sr. Developer - Enterprise Application Salesforce N 4B

Overview

Senior developer role building and maintaining Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions, including custom components, integrations and performance optimization.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows and integrations.
• Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows and work orders.
• Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

What you'll need

• B.E, B.Tech or MCA.
• Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Field Service.
• Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce development tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model and functionality.
• Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English language proficiency at C2 level (required).

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Apex Unit Tests and Jest.
