Sr. Engineer I - AI Developer

Overview

Develop and optimize traditional Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions, including enterprise AI applications, predictive models, and Azure-based services.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy web applications and scalable serverless functions on Azure Cloud.
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure OpenAI Studio and Azure AI Services.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize models for predictive analytics, forecasting, classification, regression, and NLP.
• Select Large Language Models based on business requirements and use cases.
• Engineer prompts to improve AI solution accuracy and performance.
• Build AI-powered applications integrating ML, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python and Streamlit web application development skills.
• Experience with ML model development, deployment, feature engineering, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search.
• Strong prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation skills.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with containers and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD for ML deployments.
• Knowledge of Hugging Face models and ecosystem.
