Sr Manager, SAP Basis & Security

Overview

Lead SAP Basis & Authorization Security as a senior technical and people leader for Qualcomm’s global SAP platform stability, security, compliance, performance, and modernization.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end SAP Basis and Authorization Security operations across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, and Java.
• Lead SAP Authorization Security strategy, design, governance, and operational execution.
• Drive SAP Security controls including user administration, access governance, and Segregation of Duties monitoring.
• Oversee operations including monitoring, tuning, incident/problem/change/release management, and Transport Management System governance.
• Manage SAP capacity/reporting using KPIs/SLAs and monitoring via SAP Cloud ALM.
• Provide disciplinary leadership to a team of approximately 10 SAP professionals and serve as an escalation point for critical issues.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of SAP Basis experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of people management experience including disciplinary leadership.
• Hands-on experience operating SAP ECC EHP on Oracle Database.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA On-Premise administration, operations, and migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Experience implementing and operating SAP Cloud ALM.
