Overview
Senior Manager, Global Audit & Assurance overseeing global compliance audits and reviews (ABAC, GTC, GCC) and related investigations.
What you'll do
- Lead or co-lead development of the annual global audit plan.
- Manage and oversee GCC/ABAC/GTC reviews including timelines, budgets, and reports.
- Oversee investigations related to potential financial statement misstatements, asset misappropriations, and conflicts of interest.
- Partner with stakeholders to select operating companies and third parties for audits/reviews via risk assessment.
- Provide leadership and insight to the risk assessment process using tools and analytics.
- Communicate sensitive findings and recommendations and influence remediation plans.
- Develop and present training internally and externally and conduct benchmarking sessions.
What you'll need
- Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit, healthcare compliance, investigations, and/or public accounting.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Accounting/Finance, Data Sciences, or Analytics or related business).
- Minimum 5 years of people development and talent management experience is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP).
- Ethical and trustworthy leadership is required.
- Experience partnering and working independently across all levels, handling multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills are required.
Nice to have
- Advanced degrees (MBA/Masters in Finance/Accounting) and/or professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CMA, CISA, CFE) are preferred.
- Experience with internal audit applications such as Teammate and Tableau is preferred.
