Sr Product Owner

Overview

Senior Product Owner responsible for translating product vision and business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and product backlog execution. The role also provides technical customer support, demonstrations, and RFI/RFP expertise.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product backlog and maintain use cases, application flows, and integration notes.
• Support customer meetings and technical demonstrations as a technical subject matter expert.
• Provide technical expertise during RFI/RFP processes.
• Support escalated technical customer inquiries with product and use-case insight.
• Represent the product portfolio at industry conferences and technical forums.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technology teams throughout development.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in technical product roles, software engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Network Management Systems and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience supporting RFIs/RFPs and conducting product demonstrations.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments as a product owner or technical lead.

Nice to have

• Experience in Critical Infrastructure Communications or the Industrial/Utility sector.
• Ability to balance technical deep-dives with product usability and customer value.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach to industry conferences and technical events.
