Sr.Project Engineer

Overview

Execute, commission, troubleshoot and hand over Building Management System (BMS) projects, coordinating with customers, contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver within schedule, quality and budget.

What you'll do

• Execute BMS projects from engineering through commissioning and handover.
• Review project specifications, drawings and contract requirements.
• Coordinate site activities with customers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and technical submissions.
• Develop BMS system architecture, control logic and point schedules.
• Review and validate control drawings, network architecture and wiring diagrams.
• Configure and integrate HVAC, Chiller, Electrical, Lighting, Fire Alarm and Security systems with BMS platforms.
• Supervise installation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Perform system testing, commissioning and functional performance testing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and field device issues.
• Conduct site acceptance tests (SAT) and support customer demonstrations.
