Sr Software Engineer (4+ yrs in Reactjs, Nextjs, Cloud)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer role for building scalable, high-performing web applications and leading frontend engineering initiatives from requirements through production delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead development of web applications using ReactJS, NextJS/NodeJS, and JavaScript.
• Drive business and technical requirements from discovery through production rollout.
• Architect frontend solutions using Micro Frontends, SPAs, and Module Federation.
• Build reusable UI components, frameworks, and shared libraries.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams on technical solutions.
• Improve application performance using Core Web Vitals measurements.
• Provide technical leadership for modernization initiatives.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software development experience with enterprise-scale web applications.
• Strong ReactJS, NextJS/NodeJS, and JavaScript expertise.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns including Micro Frontends, SPAs, and Module Federation.
• Experience with Webpack, Rollup, and Vite.
• Experience with unit testing and frontend testing methodologies.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Experience with server-side rendering using Next.js.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, containers, or modern deployment practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
