Sr Software Engineer - NodeJS, Microservices, Cloud & Typescript/JavaScript

Overview

Senior Software Engineer to develop and sustain features across the product lifecycle, working on frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Develop new features and sustain existing functionality.
• Handle engineering escalations and participate end-to-end in product development.
• Implement, debug, test, and support early customer issues.
• Contribute across full stack areas where applicable, including APIs and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Android team on API contracts, releases, and integration troubleshooting.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning.
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; handle monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of strong development experience in Node.js.
• Microservices and Cloud experience.
• Experience working with relational databases for SQL reporting and analytics.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs, services, and data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with continuous delivery and GitOps tooling.
• Practical experience deploying and supporting containerized apps in Kubernetes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
