Sr Specialist System Engineering (4G/5G Packet Core End-To-End Performance Test Coordinator )

Overview

Sr Specialist System Engineering coordinates end-to-end performance testing and operational support for 4G/5G packet core activities.

What you'll do

• Lead offshore load testing and test tool operational support activities.
• Provide technical support for certification, regression, performance, and service validation using approved testing platforms.
• Ensure load generation, traffic simulation, performance testing, and automation platforms are available and operational.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tool, environment, infrastructure, and platform issues impacting testing.
• Coordinate with multiple teams, vendors, and lab/automation counterparts to resolve support requests and operational issues.
• Monitor tool health, platform performance, capacity utilization, and operational readiness across lab and production.

What you'll need

• Experience leading or coordinating complex testing, operational support, or platform support activities.
• Strong understanding of automation-first testing and operational practices.
• Experience supporting load testing/performance testing/traffic generation or testing tools.
• Expert knowledge of LTE, 5G NSA, and 5G SA architectures and end-to-end call flows.
• Expert knowledge of Voice, Messaging, VoLTE, VoWiFi, IR92, IR94, WPS, RTT, HTTP, N11, and related mobility services.
• Expertise in Jira for defect/project/operational workflow management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Location: Bangalore (Epip Area, Hoodi Village, Whitefield Rd / Plot 111/112, Epip Area, Hoodi Village, Whitefield Road), Karnataka, India.
• This is an offshore role with daily collaboration with U.S. stakeholders and overlapping work hours.
