Systems Engineer - Networking

Overview

Systems Engineer - Networking provides escalation and customer technical support for data-centric product responsibilities across cloud and cloud-connected Wi-Fi premises equipment.

What you'll do

• Provide escalation support via telephone, web, or at the customer site.
• Drive ownership to resolve customer technical product issues with urgency.
• Create technical documentation for internal and external knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functionally, including executive-level customer perspective.
• Complete quarterly training deliverables on new feature and technology enhancements.
• Use data and insight to explain situations, make decisions, and recommend improvements.
• Support early adopter customers for new products and services.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of technical support and/or escalation support experience.
• Background in networking or software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong technical account management, customer service, and project management skills.
• BS/MS in EE, CS, or equivalent experience.

• Location: India; flexible hybrid model with work from the Bangalore office for 20 days per quarter.
