Sr Technical Lead - C++ Developer to lead development of complex game features, ensuring high-performance C++ code and quality through reviews, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead development of complex game features from concept to delivery.
• Implement and maintain high-performance game code using C++ (11/14).
• Ensure conformity to engineering guidelines and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine technical requirements and solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time.
• Improve game performance and manage memory consumption for different platforms.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of game development experience using C++ (11/14).
• Proven expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Linux and Windows development environments.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git/SVN, GDB, profiling tools, and static/dynamic analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
