Senior Software Engineer (C++ )

Overview

Senior Software Engineer for Autodesk’s Fusion 360 Design and Manufacturing team, joining a Pune-based scrum team.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver software primarily in C++.
• Work in an Agile scrum setup with small user stories and week-long sprints.
• Emphasize test automation for all code changes.
• Collaborate iteratively with developers, testers, and UX designers.
• Troubleshoot issues in complex and legacy code bases.
• Participate in code reviews and prepare documents for code submissions.
• Mentor other team members and communicate with distributed scrum teams.

What you'll need

• 5-10 years of industry experience building commercial applications.
• Strong C++ and data structures, OOP, design patterns, and CS fundamentals.
• Windows programming experience with Microsoft Visual Studio IDE.
• Ability to prepare submission documents for code submissions and participate in code reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies for code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and problem solving with quality and security standards.

Details

• Role is with a Fusion 360 team in the Design and Manufacturing Organization.
• Scrum team is based in Pune.
