Advanced Customer Engineer-Level 1

Overview

The Advanced Customer Engineer-Level 1 provides expert-level support to ensure Reltio customers get the best possible experience. You will troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end across the Reltio application stack.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement algorithms/techniques for high-volume, high-availability problem solving.
• Own knowledge of Reltio platform features, components, and integrations.
• Build scalable monitoring and metric tools and frameworks.
• Analyze configuration accuracy needs by assessing customer issues and incident requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues via reproduction and UI/API/performance debugging.
• Respond to critical incidents and support a 24x7 on-call rotation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years developing on large-scale enterprise systems.
• Experience with object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Understanding of API design principles, authentication mechanisms, and integrations.
• Knowledge of web UI development with JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Details

• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
• May support weekend shifts on a rotational or business-required basis.
• Resolve incidents within established service level objectives.
