Overview
Technical bridge between Nexla customers and engineering teams. Owns resolution of pipeline issues raised by customers or surfaced by Ops and L1, including root cause analysis and driving fixes with the engineering teams who own the code.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of technical resolution end to end: first investigation, root cause, and the fix, including driving it with engineering.
- Investigate issues through logs, connectors, the Nexla environment, and Python or shell scripts written to see what is actually happening.
- Document known and newly found solutions in the knowledge base.
- Issue Global Alerts and visibility updates to Sales and Customer Success when an issue reaches past one customer.
- Provide clear updates to customers across email, tickets, Slack, and calls, and support them through product releases.
- Determine whether a problem sits on the customer's side, a third-party API side, or in Nexla's code, and prove it.
