Overview
Staff Engineer role focused on leading ATE hardware and software development for complex RF integrated circuits on the Teradyne UltraFLEX platform.
What you'll do
- Lead ATE hardware and software development for complex RF IC products on Teradyne UltraFLEX.
- Collaborate with design, product, validation, and manufacturing teams to build test plans balancing coverage and cost.
- Drive RF IC characterization on ATE and analyze test results for quality and performance assurance.
- Define DFT requirements and implement test strategies with development teams.
- Develop test methodologies and debug silicon-related issues during development and production.
- Improve test time, multisite optimization, throughput, and yield, and provide project status updates.
- Support NPI activities and production test readiness.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of semiconductor test development experience for RF IC test solutions.
- Strong ATE development expertise in both hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience with the Teradyne UltraFLEX platform.
- Deep knowledge of DFT methodologies including MBIST, JTAG, SCAN, and IDDQ.
- Experience with silicon debug, failure analysis, and vector translation to ATE environments.
- Knowledge of RF measurements, characterization, and production test optimization.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
