Staff Engineer I role at InMobi Enterprise team, focusing on building and deploying intelligent AI/ML systems, including agentic and GenAI capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead experimentation, design, and build of agentic AI systems with minimal human intervention.
• Apply LLMs, embeddings, retrieval-augmented architectures, and multimodal generative models for semantic understanding and user preference modeling.
• Design agents to automate repetitive decision-making tasks.
• Build and operate machine learning models for forecasting, classification, and prediction on high-volume data.
• Develop rapid experimentation workflows and measure real-world business impact.
• Design pipelines for data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment with engineering counterparts.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of industry experience in ML/Data Science.
• Strong Python experience.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI and Agentic AI systems.
• Experience deploying ML workflows/models in production systems.
• Knowledge of continuous monitoring, evaluation, and retraining of models.
• Proficiency with big data ecosystem and cloud platforms (Spark and Azure/AWS/GCP mention).
