Overview
Staff Salesforce Developer to turn solution designs into production-quality Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and AI-augmented development and verification.
What you'll do
- Write production-quality Apex including classes, triggers, batch/queueable, and scheduled jobs.
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled, autolaunched).
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP callouts, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and named credentials with error handling and retry logic.
- Build and implement Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions as directed by solution designs.
- Work in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Solution Architects and Test Automation Engineers on test strategy and quality.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, and/or platform configuration).
- Experience writing Apex classes, triggers, unit tests, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Understanding of governor limits and bulkification patterns.
- Experience building Lightning Web Components or equivalent JavaScript-based UI components.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, and platform configuration).
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery models.
