Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML

Overview

Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML to develop and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI agents and integrate them with enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Design and build AI agents capable of perception, reasoning, and autonomous action.
• Integrate agents with external systems using REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize agent performance, scalability, and security in multi-agent environments.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to align agent capabilities with business needs.
• Explore emerging Generative AI topics including LLM orchestration and multi-agent frameworks.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in software development with exposure to AI/ML projects.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or Python (PL/SQL or Java is a plus).
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and orchestration of multi-agent workflows.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Nice to have

• Experience building custom AI agents for enterprise workflows (e.g., service request triage, summarization, proactive support).
• Experience with agent lifecycle management and AI profiles for model selection and orchestration.
• Exposure to multi-agent collaboration and autonomous decision-making systems.
