Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

Overview

Staff Software Engineer responsible for architecting, designing, developing, testing, and implementing scalable, secure, maintainable software solutions for complex business problems.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, design, and development of new software solutions.
• Translate product requirements into software designs with product owners and stakeholders.
• Support codebase merging across multiple project streams.
• Develop solutions for complex and ambitious problems.
• Define coding standards and contribute to technical innovation.
• Mentor software development team members.
• Maintain software development best practices and comply with policies and standards.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on object-oriented programming experience.
• Experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Experience with microservice architecture and end-to-end UI/API integration.
• Knowledge of REST, gRPC, and GraphQL API protocols.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, maintainable software and database schemas.
• Experience with software development life cycle, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS core services and serverless approaches such as AWS Lambda.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
