Store Executive

About the Job

We are hiring a Store Executive to support efficient day-to-day store operations in a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangements. In this position, you will help maintain accurate inventory visibility, manage store records, and ensure stock levels are updated consistently across systems. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to support smooth procurement and supply processes by organizing and tracking relevant items such as IT consumables and related materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform Day To Day Stock updates to ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain and manage the IT stock list by keeping records organized, current, and review-ready.
• Set up and maintain store tracking sheets using Advanced Excel Skills, including sorting, formulas, and routine reporting.
• Manage IT material handling by ensuring items are stored properly, issued correctly, and logged consistently.
• Support audits by providing updated stock information, verifying quantities, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely stock movement within the store.
• Follow internal processes and documentation standards to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel Skills (data management, reporting, and working with structured sheets).
• Experience working with or managing Managed IT Material and handling store inventory processes.
• Ability to maintain and update Maintain IT Stock List records with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience performing Day To Day Stock updates and keeping inventory information accurate.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tracking tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory principles and the discipline to maintain consistent documentation.
