Store Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our store. This is a Full-time role with an OnSite work arrangement, where you’ll help maintain accurate inventory records, ensure stock levels are reflected correctly in systems, and support efficient store processes. If you’re strong with numbers, organized documentation, and confident using data tools—especially Advanced Excel—this role is a great fit. You will play a key part in keeping stock accurate through regular updates, reconciliation, and reporting, helping the store run smoothly and reliably.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform Day To Day Stock updates to ensure product movements are accurately captured in the system.
• Manage Inventory Management activities, including maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting replenishment workflows.
• Conduct Stock Reconciliation by comparing physical stock with system records, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues appropriately.
• Ensure timely and accurate Data Management & Reporting by preparing status updates, exception lists, and stock-related summaries.
• Support regular audits and documentation requirements to maintain data integrity and operational compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve stock issues and improve the accuracy/efficiency of store processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of Inventory Management fundamentals and accuracy-focused workflows.
• Proficiency in Data Management & Reporting, including generating clear, reliable reports.
• Advanced Excel Skills (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, data cleanup, and report preparation).
• Proven experience with Stock Reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and address stock-related challenges promptly.
