Sales Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a Store Sales Executive to join our team on a Full-time OnSite basis. In this role, you’ll be the front-line representative of our brand—welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and turning inquiries into successful counter sales. You will help maintain an organized, customer-friendly store environment while driving daily sales targets through friendly service, product knowledge, and effective merchandising.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide retail sales assistance with a positive, professional attitude.
• Support counter sale processes, including order-taking, billing coordination, and ensuring accuracy.
• Recommend products based on customer requirements, budget, and preferences, with strong attention to quality and availability.
• Handle apparel product queries (sizes, designs, colors, materials) and guide customers to the right fit.
• Maintain store standards by ensuring shelves and display areas are tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions in a timely manner and follow store policies for returns, exchanges, and customer service.
• Assist with basic inventory coordination, monitoring stock levels, and reporting low-stock items to supervisors.
• Meet or exceed daily sales goals through product promotion, upselling, and effective customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in RETAIL SALES and delivering service excellence at the store level.
• Hands-on ability to support COUNTER SALE activities, including customer handling and transaction accuracy.
• Strong familiarity with APPERALS selling fundamentals—product knowledge, fit guidance, and customer recommendations.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and resolve concerns.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic numeracy and comfort with billing/sales documentation and store reporting.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn product lines and store procedures quickly.
