Strategic Account Executive, Cybersecurity

Overview

Strategic Account Executive for cybersecurity, owning strategic cybersecurity customer relationships and driving revenue through the full sales cycle.

What you'll do

• Win business and drive revenue within a book of strategic cybersecurity accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expand across multiple buying centers within strategic accounts.
• Navigate complex organizational structures across security, product, engineering, and executive teams.
• Partner on technical scoping, custom agent development, and enterprise deployments.
• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the cybersecurity market.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals.
• At least 3 years selling to or within the cybersecurity industry.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and key market segments.
• Experience selling to security-focused buyers and navigating security-specific procurement.
• Strong executive presence engaging C-suite executives and senior security leaders.
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.
• Consultative approach to understand security challenges and craft tailored solutions.

Details

• Must be located in San Francisco.
• Work location is hybrid, expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
