[Summer 2027] Product Management Intern

Overview

A 12-week Product Management internship at Roblox, working with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers and data scientists to shape how users play, connect and express themselves, from ideation to launch.

What you'll do

• Build product features that millions of users will interact with every day, sharing updates, progress and learnings with stakeholders across the business.
• Partner with senior product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in design, data science, product marketing and engineering to write specifications, experimentation plans and go-to-market briefs.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify creator community needs and opportunities.
• Support market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

What you'll need

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, mathematics or a related field.
• Passionate about user experience, building products and features that delight the community as they play, create and connect.
• Curious about user experiences, seeking to understand what drives behaviors.

Details

• Location: San Mateo, CA. Roles based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.
• Hourly pay range: $62 USD.
• The Company may not be able to employ candidates who have United States work authorization related to certain U.S. visa categories, or support future H-1B sponsorship at this time.
