Overview

Supply Chain; Supplier Onboarding Functional Analyst for HPE, supporting manufacturing partner onboarding within the supply chain network.

What you'll do

• Execute onboarding activities for manufacturing partners per HPE onboarding procedures and quality standards.
• Gather and document supplier requirements with supply chain teams, IT, and manufacturing partners using AI-assisted tools.
• Configure and support B2B integrations including EDI, XML, and other transaction standards.
• Assist SAP S/4HANA teams in implementing and testing integration points to ensure accurate data flow.
• Develop onboarding documentation, integration configurations, and process workflows aligned to HPE standards.
• Monitor onboarding timelines and escalate blockers using predictive analytics and agentic forecasting.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or manufacturing (preferably high-tech).
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in supply chain modules (MM, SD, LE) or related areas.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting B2B integration solutions or EDI implementations in enterprise environments.
• Technical working knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X.12, EDIFACT) and XML-based B2B protocols.
• Familiarity with integration technologies including APIs, web services, and file transfer protocols.

• Hybrid work model with an average requirement to work 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
