Supply Chain: Supplier Onboarding Functional Specialist

Overview

Supplier Onboarding Supply Chain Functional Specialist responsible for delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions across sales, materials management, and logistics execution within a supplier onboarding effort.

What you'll do

• Lead functional design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD, MM, and LE modules aligned with business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and develop designs for order fulfillment, logistics execution, and supply chain processes.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA for sales order processing, delivery management, shipping, picking/packing, goods issue, and route determination.
• Support logistics execution workflows including outbound delivery, stock transport orders (STO), and shipment processing.
• Manage order-to-cash implementation including order booking, sourcing, order scheduling, buy-sell processes, and fulfillment.
• Lead system integration efforts across SAP and non-SAP systems using iDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and APIs.
• Perform testing (functional, integration, and UAT) and write documentation and specifications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD, MM, and LE modules.
• Minimum 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project (design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support).
• Minimum 5+ years experience in high-tech manufacturing or technology industry environments.
• Extensive logistics execution experience including delivery processing, picking, packing, and goods issue.
• Project experience designing and implementing interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems using iDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.
