Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer with strong C#/.NET expertise to design and build enterprise solutions, integrate SAP with external systems, and build Windows desktop applications within insightsoftware's engineering organization in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do

• Design and build enterprise solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, and SAP.
• Develop integrations between SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) and external systems using APIs, RFC/BAPI, OData, SOAP, and OAuth2.
• Build and maintain Windows desktop applications using WPF, WinForms, and/or WinUI.
• Collaborate closely with senior and principal engineers, and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• Solid hands-on experience in C#/.NET development.
• Comfort operating in complex, highly integrated enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of reliably owning features and technical tasks end-to-end.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core for building scalable services and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building Windows desktop applications using WPF, WinForms, or WinUI.
• Working knowledge of enterprise authentication models and secure integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software delivery processes.
