System Integration Engineer

Overview

System Integration Engineer for Scanning Electron Microscopes integration, responsible for calibrating, testing, troubleshooting, and preparing complex systems for shipment.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support to meet system specifications and team KPIs (on-time delivery, operational aspects, lab tool fleet performance).
• Perform highly complex operational and functional tests, calibrations, and verification of sub-assemblies/systems.
• Troubleshoot modules, fully integrate systems, and run in-house customer acceptance tests.
• Install and support tools at the Applied Materials PDC Israel site during travel.
• Follow and complete documentation procedures and forms for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Identify problems and resolve them individually or as a team, including pursuing procedural/safety/process improvements.
• Work 5 days/week from the Bangalore office (Friday & Saturday required).

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of relevant technical experience in system integration or other high complex technical background.
• System integration experience or other high complex technical background.
• Ability to distinguish between colors.
• Experience working in noisy environments with potential noise sensitivity constraints.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Functional knowledge with expanded conceptual knowledge in the discipline.
