Systems Analyst

We’re seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team on a Full-time basis with OnSite work arrangements. In this role, you’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing system workflows, and translating findings into clear, actionable specifications. You’ll support stakeholders throughout discovery, documentation, and delivery—ensuring that systems are designed to meet performance, reliability, and usability expectations. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and passionate about turning complex requirements into well-structured outputs, this position is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering and analysis with business and technical stakeholders to clarify scope, objectives, and constraints.
• Develop and maintain system requirement specifications that are precise, testable, and aligned to business goals.
• Create and update technical documentation, including diagrams, process flows, and use-case narratives.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to workflows, integrations, and system performance.
• Validate requirements by facilitating reviews, tracking open items, and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Support planning activities by contributing to functional descriptions, feasibility notes, and delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to ensure requirements are understood and can be implemented and verified.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in requirement gathering and analysis, including translating stakeholder needs into formal requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to write and maintain system requirement specifications that are structured, consistent, and measurable.
• Strong technical documentation skills, with attention to clarity, accuracy, and version control.
• Ability to analyze systems, identify gaps, and propose practical, solution-oriented recommendations.
• Effective communication skills to facilitate requirements discussions and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and tracking requirements from discovery through delivery.
