Overview

6-month Talent Acquisition Internship at Sitetracker where you’ll support hiring across Bangalore and Delhi while learning recruitment strategy, candidate assessment, and recruiting operations.

What you'll do

• Support hiring efforts with the recruiter(s) across Bangalore and Delhi.
• Review inbound applications to assess capability, potential, and alignment to Sitetracker’s Performance Based Hiring methodology.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Welcome candidates during in-person interviews to create a positive first impression.
• Contribute to employer branding, university engagement, talent community building, and recruitment marketing activities.
• Support recruiting operations by maintaining accurate data in Lever and building recruiting dashboards and market insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work using AI tools.
