Overview

Talent Acquisition Lead (India) responsible for translating global TA strategy into disciplined local execution and running a fast, well-controlled recruiting operation across India.

What you'll do

• Translate global TA strategy into local execution across India.
• Partner with leaders to deliver quality hiring and a consistent candidate experience.
• Deliver approved recruitment demand at pace and support bid/pursuit resourcing with compliant talent solutions.
• Build reusable talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill skills.
• Maintain audit-ready candidate and requisition records and ensure Workday accuracy.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, screening, reporting, and recruiter productivity while maintaining human judgement.
• Own recruitment compliance and governance across the recruitment lifecycle, including DOA approvals, consent, data privacy, verification, and evidence capture.

What you'll need

• Strong governance discipline across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Practical process ownership and ownership of Workday adoption.
• Proactive talent mapping to support sourcing strategies and bid pipelines.
• Confidence to challenge unclear demand, unsupported approvals, or shortcuts that create business risk.
• Ability to educate hiring managers and escalate blockers early to keep recruitment aligned to priorities.
• Responsible adoption of AI-enabled sourcing and productivity tools.
